Managing Director
Elliott has practiced for decades in the area of simple wills and living trusts, guardianships and probate related disputes. He routinely counsels clients as to their inheritance rights and provides advice as to Texas probate related matters. Elliott provides strategic advice and planning regarding trust and estate related disputes. He is the Managing Director and a versatile team member of our accomplished group of fiduciary, trust and probate litigation focused attorneys.
