Elise Lindsay
Elise Lindsay
Elise Lindsay represents clients in probate administration and related matters, including estate and trust disputes.
She joined the Elliott Burdette group at Glast Phillips Murray Zopolsky in April 2024, where she assists clients with navigating complex fiduciary issues and contested probate proceedings. While in law school, Elise completed a concentration in business law, training she draws on regularly in the administration of estates and related financial and organizational questions.
Before becoming a lawyer, Elise served as Vice President of an investigative and security firm in Utah, experience that sharpened her attention to detail and practical approach to problem-solving. Elise’s interest in estates and planning also has deep roots: her father was an estate planning attorney in Florida, and she occasionally worked and interned in his office, gaining early exposure to the client-service mindset that continues to inform her practice today.
New to Dallas, Elise is always eager for restaurant recommendations and new places to try. When she’s not working, she’s a longtime choir singer and can usually be found out on a walk with her dog.
